I bet you read this title and went “There’s no way this is a thing”, but I’m here to tell you (and show you) that it is, indeed, a thing. Ramen pancakes everyone! They sound gross, but it’s actually pretty good. The egg makes the Ramen taste almost chewy while the edges are a little crunchy. It’s a quirky way to start the morning, but this recipe is definitely worth a try; and it takes less than 5 minutes to make!
What You’ll Need:
- 1 Pack of Ramen Noodles
- 1 Ramen Noodle Flavor Packet (optional)
- 1 Egg
- A Frying Pan
- A Flipper
Step 1: Heat up your frying pan on medium heat.
Step 2: Crack an egg into a plastic container or bowl and scramble. Optional: Add half of the noodle flavor packet for extra seasoning.
Step 3: Open your Ramen (don’t crack into smaller pieces!) and put into the container. Get as much egg mix on it as possible. Do for both sides.
Step 4: Put Ramen in the pan and pour half of the remaining eggs onto any dry spots.
Step 5: Let cook for 1 minute and then flip. Pour remaining egg mix onto the Ramen and let cook for another minute (or until egg is golden brown).
Step 6: Serve.
And that’s literally it, guys! It’s quick, easy, quirky and fun. Give it a shot and let me know what you think! Did you like it? Did you even dare try it? Comment below with your experience and add any topics you want to learn more about!
